We handle it. For projects that need permits, structural changes, plumbing relocations, basement work, we prepare and submit everything through the City of Guelph's building department and coordinate inspections. You won't have to chase paperwork. For smaller bathroom refreshes that don't require permits, we'll tell you upfront so you're not paying for something you don't need.
